Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the product and services of MyPro. The coverage of warranty is for the period of one (1) year for the charging and storage items 24 hours for the Cases/tempered glass then a period of six (6) months for the rest of the items. This limited warranty applies to defective item purchased from MyPro and it covers any defective item under normal use during the warranty period. MyPro will offer replacement or issue refund once the item proven defective. All return items must be in complete accessories with box. This warranty does not provide coverage for lost or destroyed items. Warranty is void if altered in any way.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and to provide most appropriate solution. During verification, please bear with us for asking several questions to validate the claims.

Guidelines:

  • All items from Mypro is covered with six (6) months warranty except for the Cases/tempered glass as it has only 24hours warranty, charging products and storage item like SD card and Flash drive that has 1 (one) year warranty.
  • For any claims, it must be supported with video for verification and as part of the policy.
  • Customer Service Representative will ask series of questions to validate the claim.
  • CSR must determine the problem whether the item is being abused, or is it due to recklessness.
  • The Company will approve all claims once validated as naturally damaged.
  • During the negotiation, customer has the following options:
  • Replacement – if the customer would like to have a replacement, once visible to the video as defective, the company will issue replacement immediately.
  • Refund - If the customer would like to have a refund, once the claim is visible to the video as defective, the company will issue refund immediately.

Note: If in case the claim isn’t visible to the video provided by the customer, we will ask for the item being sent back to us and the customer will be the one to pay for the shipping fee. However, once we received the item and being checked by our assigned team and proven as correct claim, we will refund the item including the shipping fee. All return items must be in complete accessories with box.
